STARM LTD welcomes expressions of investment interest from eligible corporate organisations where there may be a strategic fit with the company's development and long-term direction.
Who may approach us
At this stage, STARM LTD considers investment approaches only from companies incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered with Companies House, or from UK-registered establishments or branches of overseas parent companies that are registered with Companies House in England and Wales.
Each expression of interest is considered individually and may be subject to eligibility checks, due diligence, legal and regulatory review, commercial assessment and formal written approvals.
An expression of interest does not constitute an offer, invitation, recommendation or commitment by STARM LTD to issue securities, accept an investment or enter into a transaction. No obligation arises unless and until definitive written agreements are executed by the relevant parties.
STARM LTD does not currently invite investment approaches from private individuals through this website.
